available from 8:00 to 10:00 am either in the breakfast room or outside on the terrace, please let us know at approximately what time you like us to serve you breakfast. Also, if you let us know your breakfast preferences a day before, we are better able to make sure that we have plenty of your favourite foods available.

Airconditioning:

please do not run AC with the windows open.

Room cleaning:

available daily, free of charge, but upon request, if you just like your towels exchanged, please let us know at breakfast.

Pool Towels:

available or at the pool or just ask us for them

Forgot something:

if you forgot any essentials, please let us know, we keep extras like toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.

Security:

please feel free to use the safety box in your room and please do lock the entrance door of the B&B, especially in the evening. Villa Chloé is a none smoking property. All rooms are equipped with a smoke detector. Please only smoke outside

Coffee and Tea:

if you don't have a coffee machine and water boiler in your room, please fell free to use the ones in the breakfast room. Coffee and tee are free of charge.

Honesty Bar:

you will find cold drinks in the little fridge in the living room of the B&B. Water, tea and coffee are free of charge, for anything else you will find the prices on the Bar Menu. Please let us know what you have consumed from the Bar Menu at check out. If you would like to choose a wine from the Wine List, please just let us know. We are happy to serve you the wine on any of the outside spaces, or in your room.

Food besides breakfast:

Villa Chloé also hosts a "home restaurant" , thus you may book lunch and chose from the Bistrot Menu. We like to serve lunch on the terrace on the north side of the Villa. We are also happy to serve you salumi and cheese platters, as well as an aperitivo with snacks.

Caviar Tasting with Metodo Classico:

Together with the Caviar house Calvisius from Brescia, we offer a tasting of 4 different caviars (4 x 10gr) paired with our Metodo Classicos. We have visited the Calvisius production several times and are happy to share what we learned about them and cavia production in general.

Gym:

we have a small gym with a nice view on the north side of the Villa. It's equipped with free weights, floor mat, a treadmill and an air bike. If you like to use the gym, please just let us know prior.

Our wines:

De Chloé produces 4 Pinot Noir based wines, two sparkling wines, white and rosé (Metodo Classico), a white and a red wine. We hope that you get a chance to taste them during your stay with us. In case you would like to purchase any of them and take them home, we offer our Villa guests a special 5+1 discount. Meaning if you order 6 bottles of one wine, you only pay for 5. Guests who visit by plane, may also order our wines and we may ship them to your home.

Property:

please be so kind to respect our property. What is ours should remain ours and not end up in your luggage. We reserve the right to charge for any missing or damaged items.

Pillows:

if you like to sleep with more pillowes, please don't hesiatet to contact us and we will be happy to supply you with more.

Concierge Service:

please feel free to contact us to help you book any activities or restaurants. We have created an online list of restaurant and winery recommendations.

Books:

you like to read, we have lots of books in Italian, German and English, just ask us and we will be happy to give you access to our library
